“Oh good. Another blog about cybersecurity,” said No One Ever.  But this isn’t a blog about cybersecurity. Cybersecurity is boring. Cyberpower and the role it plays in geopolitical competition and future war is fascinating. There are very few people writing from this perspective, mostly because “technologist” and “military theory strategist” are two circles in the Venn Diagram of Life that rarely overlap. But they overlap here at Click! Fight! Win!   New operational domains require new capabilities, but they don’t necessarily require new strategies. Adapting tried and true strategies to the cyber domain and exploring the optimal uses of cyber power to achieve political aims and enduring national interests is what I’m interested in exploring here.
